One week from today I will be setting up my booth at the Phoenix Comic Con along with my friends and fellow artists David Jackson and Tom Columbus. I’ll be selling all the prints currently available at my etsy store along with many new ones that will only be available at the convention. It’s been a while since I’ve attended a con, so I’m super excited!

Haha… thank you for the encouragement! Do I know you? I’m rarely negative on my blog (I think)… but anyone who knows me personally knows that I can be incredibly pessimistic at times. I’m working on it.

This is my other new dog, Aimee! She is also a toy poodle/bichon mix. She was born with a bum leg so she limps around most of the time. Unlike her sister Bella, Aimee is very shy and timid around new people. But Aimee is also very loving, and is always first to hop into my lap for pets. She doesn’t play with toys, but she goes NUTS whenever I am eating an apple. Apple slices are Aimee’s favorite treat!

Guess what? I adopted two awesome little dogs! I’ve been really busy getting them acclimated to their new home, so I haven’t been able to draw much lately. But let me at least take a moment to introduce you to them.

This is Bella, a toy poodle/bichon mix. She is incredibly cute and energetic. She is always following me around and I’ve never known a more curious dog, always scouting out new territories. Bella loves her giant stuffed bear “Wiggles”. It’s hilarious to watch her carry it around in her mouth… (its bigger than she is!)

I’ll introduce you to my other pup on Thursday. Stay tuned!

Wow! Got my print today! It looks great! That was real quick! Also, thanks for the illustrator tutorial, I haven't used it yet, but I will finally start this summer. Now I have a basic idea how it. Love your style!

Hello friends. Did you know that I’m going to be exhibiting at the Phoenix Comicon this coming May? I’ve exhibited at a few cons in the past, but it’s always been a disaster for me (T_T) …so this time I want to be prepared… this time I’m approaching it like a SCIENTIST!

And that’s where you wonderful people come in… You see, my printing process is time consuming and a bit expensive, and I’d rather not go broke making tons of copies of every print. I’d like to get a sense for what people like the best so I can hedge my bets.
